THE TASTE OF MILO
Come to think of it ,how different has the taste of milo been since its continual changes in its recipe.Well i personally think Nestle Ghana has greatly improved upon their recipes. Milo lovers like myself can immediately differentiate between the old and new recipe taking for instance the newly introduced milo cereal. With this i personally think the milo cereal is more satisfying no matter the quantity since the more water you add the more thicker it becomes.Whats your view on this. THE SIZES OF MILO
Have you ever bothered to asked or comment on the sizes of milo that nestle provides for the people in the society? If your answer is NO then please voice out your comments and if YES then should they maintain the sizes as it is and why yes to your answers?
Personaly my views on the size of milo is on the small milo sachet.
The smallest size that is the milo sachet is a cheat because when wants to take in tea using the smallest size it would not be enough unless the person buys two and i don.t think is everyone who can afford to buy two sachet of milo a day just to prepare tea.Because if you don.t take in much by using two one sachet will be watery.
This biggest size that is the tin is good to buy because it has the deserving quantity so i think more quantity should be added to the small size sachet.
What are your comments on the sizes of milo ?

THE PRICE OF MILO
THE PRICE OF MILO
Did you for once think milo will be sold for GH 1? Over the years milo has been sold for 20 pesewas in a tied rubber. And even now it is been sold in some of the region especially the villages.
Did you remember when as children you used to buy the tied milo for 20 pesewas and chew whilst going to school?
For me I remember. What about you. Do you see how time flies when prices are been increased and finally we get the sachet milo which is now GH 1?
Todaywe have different prices of milo.

NESTLE MILO - EXPERIENCES
Nestle Milo
Milo is a beverage produced by Nestle; a company I thought was Ghanaian but now know is Australian.
As an age old brand, Milo became a household name to the extent that other cocoa beverages were called by its name.Anyone who wanted to buy Bonvita, Olvatine or Richoco, from a provision shop would say, ‘Please I want milo’ and when the shop attendant picked up milo, they would then go on to say ‘no please I meant richoco’. Well that’s how good Milo has sold in Ghana. Now every product is getting their share of the market. Yet there is no doubting the fact that Milo still topped the Ghanaian beverage market.

Milo has really come a long way from when sellers use to tie some in small rubbers to sell, to the mini size sachets, then tin cans and the big sachet which fills the can to the brim. I will share my experiences with the product as I go on.
I started taking Milo when I was toddler. That was our most enjoyed breakfast throughout my childhood days. My mom would scoop a couple of spoons of Milo (I can’t remember how many) into a large jar, mix with hot water and serve it with bread. We never left home without taking Milo and bread.

When I was sent off to boarding school, I was given just a tin of milo and other provisions and was assured that it would last me till midterm and at midterm I would get another. I agreed completely and gladly took it to the school. The Milo tin did not last as I expected due to the usual sharing with friends and seniors. But, sincerely, it was Milo that kept us going during ‘halla’ week(the weeks where almost all the provisions of students were finished), we would mix Milo with some gari and sugar to kill our hunger cause most of the time our milk powder had long been consumed. It was Milo that saved us when the troublesome senior wanted something to eat. We would make them ‘milo soakings’ a mixture of milo, gari, sugar and biscuits.
Milo is really a trusted brand of Nestle. Now you know about my experiences I would love to know about yours. I believe you have had your own amazing times with Milo. Milo is indeed the drink for champions.
Feel free to like the story and share your comments, I would love to hear what you have to say. Thanks for reading.
